Remember when Nadine Coyle tweeted heartbreaking messages about her not wanting for the group to split, and insisting she tried to stop the girls from quitting? Well it seems that’s not true, or so Sarah Harding says.
In an interview for the Look magazine, Sarah revealed that she was completely unaware about the way Nadine felt. At no point did she try and stop us, so you’d have to ask her why she did that. I have to respect her decision, Sarah said.
After Girls Aloud announced that they will not continue to sing together, Nadine took it to Twitter, saying that: You should know by now I had no part in any of this split business. I couldn’t stop them. I had the best time & want to keep going. Xxxx. After her Tweet, the press reported that the rest of the group got really angry on Nadine, and it would look unlikely for them to stay in touch with her after she goes back to L.A. As soon as Sarah saw the tweet she called Nadine to say how angry she was. The tweet made it look like the girls went behind Nadine’s back to make the decision, a source declared at the time.
But Sarah insists that this is untrue, there were no fallouts between them: No, that’s never happened. We all went to Manchester and had the after-party with our friends and family. Then we kind of hugged it out and just danced. Of course it worries me there are reports of fallouts between us, because it’s upsetting to our fans. We wouldn’t be where we are now without their loyalty.
I guess now we have to wait to see what Nadine has to reply to this.
