Jamelia and Peter Andre’s ITVBe Launch Gets Mixed Reviews

Jamelia and Peter Andre launched the new ITVBe last night but the response on Twitter was mixed. People liked how she dressed but didn’t seem to like how she presented. Well you can’t please everyone, but ITVBe has officially been launched. What is ITVBe? It’s a home for “entertainment and lifestyle” programming. That basically means more TOWIE. Mark Wright and Denise Van Outen were also in on the launch show.

Jamelia may have blasted Counciller Karen Danczuk on Loose Women for flashing a bit too much skin yesterday, but the star flaunted her pins while launching ITVBe alongside Peter Andre this evening.

The pop star was accused of being hypocritical by fans on social networks, with many tweeting photos of Jamelia wearing very little to Cllr Danczuk in support.

Tonight though, Jamelia certainly sexed up the launch in a strapless black mini dress, showing off her pins which she topped with a pair of silver heels.

In response to the accusations of being a hypocrite, Jamelia tweeted: “I’m not a politician…rules are different…simple as that. If she wants that freedom…she’s not a celeb…she’s a councillor.”

In a live show launch, Jamelia joined ITV favourite Peter Andre to introduce the new channels and the new shows including the Ladies of London, The Real Housewives of Cheshire.
