In the land of UK TV competitions there really is only one champion and that is ITV. They have the most competitions and the biggest and best prize draws in the UK, if you want to win money online, is the way to go. Shows such as Daybreak, This Morning & Loose Women are packed full of prizes for the earlier part of the day whilst Real Deal & Secret Dealers allow you to win cash in the afternoon. And then you have the massive weekenders such as The Cube, X Factor and Britains Got Talent plus many more these allow you to win big money. You can get free online entry at and we also keep this competitions page up to date with the latest popular comps.

Some Of Our Latest Competitions

These are some of the most regular big money competitions – Daybreak/Lorraine & This Morning generally run every week with some of the biggest competition prizes in the world (outside paid lotteries, instant win games & gambling!). Entering these contests & prize draws is like a free lottery ticket, all it takes is a few moments of your time to pop the required details in…the prize might be a bit smaller than the National Lottery or Euromillions but the odds of winning are a lot bigger!

Other Competitions

Whilst Good Morning Britain aka GMB (previously GMTV and Daybreak), Lorraine (the Lorraine competition is usually the same as the GMB competition) and This Morning are the regular providers of high quality competitions, there are many more which come and go seasonally. Usually there is one in the early afternoon, such as ITV Loose Women, and Dickinsons Real Deal a little later on, and then a couple over the weekend; especially during the winter months there are loads of opportunities to win online prizes for free. Talent shows such as X Factor, Dancing on Ice & Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) attractive massive audiences and often have huge-mega-mungos prizes to the value of around £50,000. Then there’s light itv entertainment such as Take Me Out, quality gameshows Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, the awesome The Cube (here at hq, we really love The Cube!) and family favourites such as You’ve Been Framed & Family Fortunes.

The above are just some examples of competitions – some may be out of date, you can view the most recent TV competitions by clicking here.

The Format Of The Competition competitionsAll competitions tend to follow the same format, they are very easy to enter and open to UK residents over the age of 18 years old who have a telephone number & address.

  1. Watch the itv show of your choice
  2. Listen out for the competition
  3. Enter the prize draw online, by phone, sms or post
  4. Enter multiple times (see comp T&CS)
  5. NOTE that in recent years ITV have changed their format and these are usually not free competitions; a fee must be paid to enter, with the exception of postal entries!

We’ll keep you informed if there are any questions to answer!

Old ITV Competition Format

The information below is for reference only and is now out of date – most itv competitions have no question to answer and require payment to enter.

The only real “difficulty” in entering the competitions is making sure you are watching the TV at the right time in order to get the question….because they do not publish the question on the website, nor do they repeat the question on the phone lines. We also find that sometimes it’s difficult to find the right page on the website in order to enter the competition. Sometimes the competitions are ran as prize draws and there is no question/ answer; either way, we’ll keep you informed!

ITV competitions run for various lengths of times, ranging from a few days to a few weeks, there are no instant win games however they do publish lists of winners.

** please always check the itv T&Cs as the number of entries allowed can change per individual competition
