Britain’s Got Talent Bobo Seeks to Break World Record

Remember Bobo from Britain’s Got Talent?  Bobo swooned everyone with his moves on the live show and is now seeking to break the world record for the shortest “fun run” ever.  The event is scheduled for May 6 so get ready for some great entertainment.

A Lichfield gym is backing a bid to set the record for the world’s shortest fun run in Burntwood.

Princes Park – the UK’s smallest park – will be the scene of the bid on May 6. Participants are likely to complete the course in just 25 seconds!

Virgin Active has been unveiled as the sponsor of the event, which will raise money for the We Love Lichfield Fund.

To mark the partnership, Britain’s Got Talent contestant Bobo performed a mixture of music, dance and acrobatics for club staff and members – and confirmed he would be joining the record bid.

“I love performing a crowd,” said Bobo, who will appear on the ITV show this year,. “To be involved in this really unusual event will be fantastic and I’m looking forward to the crowd seeing my tricks and tumbles and also my fire eating feats – it’ll be brilliant.”
